Today was the first day of public school for our family. Our little munchkin was pretty excited but also really nervous too. We left early so that we'd have plenty of time to walk there and check out her new school.
She did great! A few tears (okay...a lot of tears) on her way in. But she said she stopped right away once she got into the school. It's just half day kindergarten (I'm so glad it is!) so we were on our way back to get her in just a couple of hours. Here she is coming out of her class wearing her "farmhand" hat she made.

What a cute first day of school outfit! Love the farm-hand hat, did you have a few tears also? I remember crying when I put Victoria and Luiz on the bus on their first day of school. Every mom has a moment like that.
