Daddy Date

This post is long overdue. I was waiting for Ben and I to have time to sit down so he could narrate the following pictures. But I can't wait anymore so I'm going to let most of them speak for themselves. :)  Ben and the Munchkin had a super special Daddy Date in February. As a birthday gift from Opa and Oma, they went to the American Girl Place for dinner and did some shopping there too. They had a wonderful time together.

I never take for granted how special it is for the Munchkin (and really all of my kids) to have special time with each of their parents. It's still something I'm not used to and consider it a blessing. A gift, really. A gift that not all children are able to have. I'm so thankful that they do.
